Our 04-Phases Way consists of 4 phases with deliverables:

‍Phase 1: We’ll configure your Hosting and Domain on our servers. We also handle migrations, and you’re free to choose where to host your website. Additionally, we’ll collect crucial information about your business to develop a sitemap and Wireframes

‍Phase 2: We’ll create your website design from scratch, based on the wireframes and your brand guidelines.

‍Phase 3: We’ll develop your website on the platform of your choice (HTML5, WordPress, or Shopify).

‍Phase 4: The last step. Check, test and publish your website.

It depends. If you choose Shopify, no hosting is required. However, for WordPress and HTML, you’ll need hosting. Nithrox provides powerful servers to ensure your website runs 24/7 without issues. You’re free to choose any hosting provider, but please note that our support works best if your site is hosted with Nithrox.

Of course! You have 2 days per phase to request as many revisions as you need. Once managed by the Nithrox team, simply tap-to-approve, and we’ll proceed to the next phase. Beyond this timeframe, you can request additional revisions as long as they don’t involve major changes, subject to prior approval from our Website team.

Absolutely! However, we do not offer refunds for this service. What you can do is pause the service and resume it when you’re ready. Additionally, you’ll retain access to your hosting for the remainder of the year.

Yes, but with the following conditions:
‍Switching plans during Phase 1: No fees.

‍Switching plans during Phases 2-4: Your plan will restart at Phase 2, and a new payment will be required.

If you need a website (non-ecommerce) with lots of information that you occasionally update or add to, we recommend the Web Plus plan.
